Royal Homes is privately owned and proudly managed by owner / employees.  Homeowners have chosen Royal Homes for over 40 years to build their custom homes.  We use a unique off-site indoor construction process which ensures high quality and full customization. 

Using prefab components Royal Homes is leading building trends with their superior building technology.  Using a unique 'inside-out' building technique,  Royal protects your home from rain, snow and sleet during construction.  Your home does not leave the assembly facility until it's finished inside and out - floors, walls, roof, plumbing, electrical and paint.  Royal Homes delivers your custom home to your lot on 'air-lift' trucks.  Our professional crew sets the prefabricated components on the foundation.  Garage and porches are added on-site.

Royal Homes' leadership team is committed to excellence.  Each home must pass a local and provincial and CSA building standards checklist.  But to ensure superior standards, we also put every home through an in-house checklist that surpasses the usual criteria.

With a firm educational foundation in building design, business and procurement, Dana's 24 years of experience are essential to cost effectiveness and material usage at Royal Homes. Managing the purchasing, usage and recycling process, Dana's expertise helps customers have confidence that their home is built with the finest materials purchased at the best price and in an environmentally sound manner.

 
Ken Atkinson
Technical Service Manager

All designs, simple or complex, must pass through Ken's trained hands. With more than 22 years of experience, he understands the unique design elements of pre-engineered components from the first step to the last. Ken pays close attention to every detail, making sure your home meets building codes. Ken and his design team understand what you want. Each set of blueprints is customer friendly and perfect for building permit offices.

Tony Bokkers
Construction Manager

Tony brings 23 years of hands-on construction experience to both residential and commercial construction. In Canada and around the world, Tony has led Royal's team in providing on-site and pre-build consultations, final inspections and handing the key to each new homeowner.

Meeting Royal's standards, Tony integrates the design team's building plans with the craftsmen and carpenters who build each pre-engineered component. The constant conversation between the design team and the builders is essential to maintain the high standards Royal Homes is famous for - and Tony is the professional to make sure your home is built on time and on budget.

Chris Weppler
Design and Sales Manager

Chris worked on Royal's construction sites for years, gaining first hand knowledge of the entire process. Today, he leads our Design and Sales Team. With over 23 years of expertise, Chris guides each homeowner through the Royal Home experience.
