The addition is built with 4 prefabricated modules placed on a full foundation. The basement and loft were finished on site creating 3,000 sq ft of living space

The residence embraces the 400 year-old heritage of the site and was built with 6 modules comprising 3 floors for total of 5,268 sq ft.

The dispensary is built to commercial code including a barrier-free bathroom and is comprised of 4 prefabricated modules on a single floor totalling 2500 sq ft.

The centre has offices, therapy rooms, a large activity room and a kitchen. It is comprised of 6 prefabricated modules on a single floor totalling 4,300 sq ft.

The branch office is comprised of 11 prefabricated modules totalling 6,000 sq ft. that includes a welcoming entrance, 22 offices and a spacious boardroom.

The clinic is built from 3 prefabricated modules totalling 2,300 sq ft. including parking spaces, a loading zone, grade control for drainage and entry ramps.
