New Royal Homes designer Adam Dumond can’t wait to scream it from the rooftops!
The largest city on Lake Huron is the perfect picturesque place for Royal Homes to expand its growing reach as a leading builder of prefabricated homes in Ontario.
Royal’s new Sarnia design and sales centre will open in the spring of 2021. “There are a lot of beautiful areas here in town,” said Adam Dumond, a 15-year Sarnia resident who is thrilled to be the sales and design consultant for Royal Homes in Lambton County.
“At the lakefront we can really show off that we’re one of the sunniest counties in Canada. The lakefront and the sunsets make for an unbelievable location for people who want to build a cottage or build a second home.”
Dumond, who is already available for clients to consult with by appointment, knows Sarnia has a lot to offer Ontario residents looking for another option to escape city life through modular homes.
“This is the new cottage country for people from Toronto, London and Kitchener-Waterloo,” Dumond said. “We have extended summers a little bit, maybe a couple of weeks longer than people north of the snowbelt. It’s a beautiful county.”
Dumond, who has held a real estate license for 15 years, is raising his family in Sarna. He and his wife Michelle, a teacher, have three children. Lyla is 10. Cohen is 6. Beau is 4. As a Royal Homes designer, he vows to work hard for clients and be as tenacious and relentless as he was on the volleyball court growing up. Dumond was a power hitter for national-level volleyball teams as a teen. He is excited to be part of the Royal Homes team. He is eager to engage clients and walk with them to support their own creative custom home designs.
“I’m going to be a good team member,” he said. “I’m going to get out there and do what I do best, which is, talk a lot.”
The Sarnia design centre, which will be based on the Portland model, will be the sixth Royal sales and design centre. Others are in Wingham, Innisfil, Peterborough, Minden and Gravenhurst.
“In order to better service our clients in South Western Ontario, we are pleased to announce the opening of our new Design and Sales Centre in Sarnia,” Royal Homes president Pieter Venema said.
“Effective immediately, our Designer Adam Dumond will be available to consult with clients by appointment. A fully-decorated model is now going through the design and build phases at our factory location in Wingham, Ontario and will be open for viewing in early spring 2021.
