When my house was set and the crane and trucks rumbled off into the sunset, it was pretty tempting to throw in a sleeping bag and have a little first night sleep over. But the job wasn’t quite complete.

The finishing team takes care of many things that make your house beautiful. Let me go over a few. I know this list is not complete – but this is my experience.
Brick and stone on the outside of the house are completed once the house is set.
The finishing touches on your house depend on the design. Decks, verandas and your garage are all built once the house is set. Royal Homes is very clear about what is built in the factory and what is completed on site. The merging of the process is really what makes your custom home spectacular.
